How to send Documents to email to Tom
These are the instructions on how to email documents to Tom
1. After completing the document, go to the bottom of the screen and
select the print
button as you normally would to print the document.
2. When the print screen comes up, choose to print the document to pdf as explained
below.
3. Now create an email to Tom at tomrderr@gmail.com. Attach your document to this
email and send.
Printing to PDF from your browser
Google Chrome[PC or Mac]
1. In the print window, choose [Save as PDF] in the Destination box.
2. Click on Save
3. Towards the bottom of the window that comes up, you will see a File Name box. Put
the name your document there and choose where you want to save the document
(someplace you will remember).
4. Click on Save.
Foxfire [PC]:
1. In the print window, choose [Microsoft Print to PDF] in the Select Destination box.
2. Click on Save
3. Towards the bottom of the window that comes up, you will see a File Name box. Put
the name your document there and choose where you want to save the document
(someplace you will remember).
4. Click on Save

Microsoft Edge [PC]:
1. In the print window, choose [Mircrosoft to PDF] in the Select Printer box.
2. Click on Save
3. Towards the bottom of the window that comes up, you will see a File Name box. Put
the name your document there and choose where you want to save the document
(someplace you will remember).
4. Click on Save
Safari/Firefox [Mac]:
1. In the print window, choose [Save as PDF] from the pdf drop down at the bottom
left.
2. Name your file in the Save As box at the top of the pop-up screen and choose where
you want to save it.
3. Click save
